NoteWriter is a graphics-oriented music notation package. It
treats music images as graphics, so that any image can be placed anywhere on
the page, giving you a very high degree of flexibility in your notation.
NoteWriter was designed for the previous generation of Macintosh computers and works with systems up to 9.2
and as a Classic application under OS-X. NoteWriter prints on all PostScript laser printers and phototypesetters
and uses the Sonata font from Adobe Systems Inc.
(which must be purchased separately) for its music images.
Unfortunately, NoteWriter is not compatible with Intel-based Macintosh computers, so as of 2007, we are no longer
selling NoteWriter. Anyone operating a compatible (non-Intel) Macintosh and wanting a copy of NoteWriter should download a
free copy of the program from our download page.
